HARD COURT MEMBERSHIP REGULATIONS

* HARD COURT MEMBERSHIP REGULATIONS 2010*

1. Residency Requirements:

   You must be a year-round resident living in the Sag Harbor school district. Seasonal renters are not eligible for membership.

   To demonstrate your residency, you must present one of the following:

   • Tax Bill (Sag Harbor School Taxes)
   • Land Deed
   • Year-round lease

   Your name must be on the above documents (Sorry, utility bills and/or driver licenses are insufficient documents)

2. Membership* Costs:

   Single Adult: $45.00/person
   Family: $65.00 (includes children 18 and younger only)
   Children under 18: Play Free (All Sag Harbor children under 18 are eligible for a free membership card)
                                                                                                                         

   *Memberships are not transferable and using someone else's card will result in the loss of all membership privileges.

3. Hard Court Rental Fees for Non-Members:

   1 hour: $20.00
   1.5 hours: $30.00 
   

4. Guest* Fees:

   Guest Fee: $10.00 per person per hour

   *Members must register their guest at the "shack" before play; Failing to pay your guest fee can result in loss of court privileges.

5. Reservations:

   No phone reservations.
   Reservations must be made in person at the "shack" the same day as play.

   We begin taking reservations (in person) at 7:45 a.m.

   You must check in before you play and register any guest.

         If players are ten minutes late, a reservation is cancelled.

        In off-season, after the tennis shack is closed, reservations are not necessary and play will be self regulating.
