Steve BrillhartHead Pro/Director of Tennis
Steve is joining Sag Harbor Part Tennis Program for the first time this year. He resides in Los Cabos, Mexico where he's been the director of tennis at the Palmilla Tennis Club and then Querencia Golf and Tennis over the past three winter seasons. In previous years he's been the assistant director at Birnam Wood Golf Club in Santa Barbara, California. Last summer he worked for Hamptons Tennis Company at Triangle Tennis Club in Southampton. Steve brings to Sag Harbor over 30 years of tennis experience with teaching, playing and organizing events and clinics for all ages and skill levels. When not on the tennis courts, you can find Steve surfing throughout Mexico, California and Indonesia. Steve will be running the entire tennis program this summer including organizing events, overseeing the clinics as well as teaching private lessons. Marcos Chaddad

A Brazilian born Marcos Chaddad will be joining us this year for the first time. Marcos started his tennis career in San Paulo when he was 10, playing on both clay and hard courts. As a junior he played Paulista Tennis Federation tournaments, ranking top 5 in San Paulo State, Brazil. Then he coached and played for Piracicaba Country Club. His senior achievements consist of winning several tournaments in Brazil and the US. Currently he plays for University of Missouri, he also contribute coaching for the Stephanie Waterman Foundation. Marcos will be teaching adult and junior clinics as well as private lessons. Alvin Hollander
Teaching Pro Alvin began playing at age 2 with his father Al Hollander (a nationally ranked and international champion). As a junior he competed against Sandy Mayer, Dick Stockton and Gene Mayer. Played varsity at Stuyvesant High School and captained Columbia Prep HS team in NYC. Alvin also played competitive doubles with his father at National Father and Sons Championship against Bobby Riggs and his step-son. Practiced with Jeff Budge, Bobby Riggs Jr in Quogue. Hit with Vic Sixias, Tony Roche and Arthur Ashe at Merio. Captained the tennis team at Vassar. Participated in coaching and studied tennis for instruction with Elizabeth Ritchie. Alvin played on the red clay in Europe, the grass in England and the sand of Central Par. He began teaching professionally at age 19, have taught all levels of tennis from age 2 to 92, including competitive tournament players. Studied Holistic Healing and Physiology in 1990's and incorporated elements of mental relaxation and emotional health into his teaching style. He expertise working with injuries and physical handicaps. Utilize therapeutic interventions with youngsters (and all players) with mental and emotional disabilities or limitations (e.g. ADHD, depression, addictions, alcoholism, conduct disorder, low self-esteem, hypercritical tennis player disorder etc.). We are very happy to have Alvin as a part of our team this season! Diego Villegas

A Columbian Native, Diego has been playing since the age of six. At the age of 14, Diego became the national champion of Columbia, in his age group. He graduated from the Universidad Eafit in Columbia, where he played number one on the varsity team. After graduating he went on to play serval professional tournaments in the United States. In Atlanta Georgia, we was the assistant to the director of tennis at the Marietta Country Club. Soon after he became the director of the junior development program at Sandy Springs Tennis Center. In fall Diego will be attending Penn State University, obtaining his MBA. While at Penn State Diego will be working with the junior program at the Penn State Tennis Center. Olivia Kronemeyer
Teaching Pro This is going to be Olivia's second year working at Sag Harbor Park. Olivia is a Southampton native, who spent last two years in Barcelona, Spain attending the Sanchez Casal Tennis Academy, where she trained and played with coaches and players from all over the world as well as competed in tournaments throughout Catalunya. She is going to be a fresman at Bates College in Lewiston, ME this fall and will be playing on the women's varsity tennis which is a part of the NESCAC league. Olivia primarlily will be helping us with our Junior Program this season.
